"I called to get an estimate & he scheduled it within a week (I already had the tile & he asked me to get the grout so I would pick the color I wanted) then I had the estimate two days later & on the schedule less than 2 weeks later. I received a call early on the morning he was to start to apologize & notify me he would be there the following day because he had an emergency call for a burst pipe. I know if that was my burst pipe, I would want him to respond to my emergency immediately. He showed up promptly the next few days with one of his employees - removed & discarded the old floor, prepared the subfloor for the tile, installed the tiles, floated the grout in & installed trim.
