"4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"These guys are very skilled! They fit us into an already busy schedule so we didn't have to wait. We received their 25% discount on tile which helped the budget. On the morning they arrived, they immediately started demo. It was done in less than an hour. And they got one bathroom completely tiled in one day. The next day, the grouted, placed the vanity and the toilet. Done. They finished the upstairs bathroom in the same kind of timeframe. Another great thing about them was their ability to adapt to challenges. The vanity had to be altered due to the placement of existing plumbing. No problem for these guys. When one vanity was delayed, they came back the next day (Saturday) to install. We were wowed by the quality of service and the final product!"

"I would hire Alex again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. Courteous, highly skilled, great communication, fair price, and works HARD until the job is done -- and done to his very high standards. Alex and his brother dove in with a great attitude even to our brutal, nasty, old-house-bathroom demo that had to go down to the studs. They started on a Saturday and worked straight through the following weekend to get us back in our bathroom as soon as possible. He called us in regularly to consult on key decisions, and his design instincts are great. Along with being a top-notch tile setter (lasers, wet saw -- the tech you want to see) he has the requisite carpentry and core plumbing skills that can come up on a tile job, including built-in niches with proper structural support, and raising the entire floor so the floor tile met the hallway floor perfectly. He did the entire wainscot in Durarock (not everyone would!) and the rest in mold-resistent sheetrock. When he wasn't sure he could get the mudding meeting our old ceiling as perfect as he wanted, he subbed out at no extra cost to me to a friend who is an expert (and who also was terrific to work with). There are no cut corners (except for the perfectly mitred ones Vlad can achieve with the wet saw!). Our bathroom is gorgeous, the work was prompt, and Alex and his small crew were a pleasure to welcome into our home."
