The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. "Tom had done minor gutter work for us before, so I called him back for this project.  He arrived when promised to provide an estimate, and we agreed that day to have his company do our project.  There was a slight delay in getting to our project due adverse weather affecting projects scheduled ahead of ours, and I had to call him for an updated start date.  We agreed on when he could provide the updated start date; he then called back as promised to set that date.
   His crew showed up on time, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner.  They clearly know what they're doing.
