Both bids were reasonable, and I knew I couldn’t go wrong with either company, but in the end, I’m glad I went with Trustworthy Glass. I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish everything went smoothly. Becky, who does customer service was very responsive throughout the process, and I liked that Andy, Jr., who came to survey the windows, took his time and clearly knew what he was doing. By the time he left, I felt confident that Trustworthy would do a good job. Andy provided a detailed bid in a timely manner and was quick to respond to a couple of follow-up questions. One of the things that I most appreciate about Trustworthy is that it’s a family-owned and run business, and that it’s family who’s doing and overseeing the work. The crew that came to do the work was great. Work on my house took two mornings. The first morning a crew of three, led by Andy, Sr., replaced glass on first floor windows and one upstairs. They were efficient and did high-quality work. The following day, son Ryan returned with a co-worker, equipped to replace glass on the remaining upper windows. Everyone was friendly, professional, and diligent. They clearly care about the quality of their work--and they were great about wearing protective foot gear and masks, and cleaning up…so that once they left, there was nothing for me to do but enjoy the windows. A neighbor, the president of my association, had one window replaced in her house. She said she would give Trustworthy an A+. I wholeheartedly concur!"

"This is my 3rd time using Custom Drapery and Blinds. Most recently had an issue with the walk out sliding door blind. Installer came back very quickly to fix but I think it should have been corrected before he left the first time. That gas been the only issue after 3 installations. Product quality is excellent."

"Tyler, Gumby?, Andrew and Jake showed up on time and worked very well together as a team. They were quiet, moved quickly and finished my windows inside and out in 3 hours. Tyler said it would have been 6 hours with 2 workers. They are so clean that it almost looks as though there is no glass at all! They told me about a couple of windows with sticking issues so i can get those fixed. I have a 1932 build home with combination windows. The only thing that I question, is f wiping down screens with a wet cloth is enough to keep the dirt from transferring onto the windows when it rains. In the past, the screens are actually removed and washed with Dawn and water. I am afraid of heights so these guys really helped me out. Stellar performance!! Thank you."

"Everything about working with SP Windows was great. The initial estimate was spot on. In the fall I ordered windows for my entire house: around 45 windows! The installation was done the following summer after the house was painted. The windows are so great you can hardly tell we have storm windows. They fit into the architecture of this 1905 home so perfectly they seem to be part of the house. Amazing improvement to the exterior of the house and to the interior also because all our sashes line up now with the sashes on the custom windows. Fixed windows no longer have any pointless sashes blocking the views. We are really pleased."

"After Examining the damage to the screen and not knowing that I could have removed the screen from the door, I called Screenmobile who was very professional and gave me a price and the times available the following day. At about 8:15 the next morning a van with trailer pulled up in front. BJ introduced himself and we decided that a heavier screen would be best for a screen door. He took the screen to the trailer, repaired it and placed it back on the door. He made out an invoice and when I asked him about the ad in the paper, he changed the invoice."
