"We hired this company for a home addition, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They misled us from the beginning, making promises about what was possible that turned out to be untrue. The workmanship was extremely poor, and they ultimately abandoned the project before it was finished. I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors due to the serious problems. To make matters worse, items went missing from my garage while their crew was on site. In my opinion, this company showed a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. They lied to us, failed to deliver, and left us with a mess to clean up. I would strongly caution anyone considering them ? don?t make the same mistake we did."

"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality.
