Most germs perish at 100 degrees c or 212 degree f. A large number of truck mount carpet cleaners can only produce 170 degree f water. Bradley carpet cleaning also utilizes a tool called a rotovac on most jobs. (Berbers and commercial carpets are done with a wand). The rotovac does additional agitation which tremendously adds to our ability to clean deep ground in soil and traffic areas.
