And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Victor came to assess the chairs, then scheduled a return to perform the repairs bringing any necessary parts required. Both chairs were opened up, all hardware retightened using Locktite, adjustments made, a layer of seat cushion material added, with repairs completed on both chairs with 4 hours right in our home. Victor is very good at his work and very pleasant to deal with. Price of $400 was very fair considering chairs were brought back to new operating condition and appearance, and cost for new chairs would be well over $2500-$3000."
