"I am completely blown away by this company and its employees!! I had a tech come out and give me an estimate to repair 2 windows that I was not able to open. I was very pleased with the estimate and decided to go ahead with the project. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered and it took about 2 weeks to get them in. I was under the gun to get the windows repaired before my new blinds were installed and in the way. Joe Lawler worked with me to ensure that the windows were repaired in time. "Mike and his team came in and gave us options to repair our shower glass door. He took the time to show us how it was installed wrong and that to repair it what we would need to do. We decided to replace the door with one that had the correct size. In the mean time Mike place at no charge, even if we didn't go with him a rubber strip that stopped glass from striking glass. This instilled a great amount of faith in his company and he did not disappoint. They had great follow-ups while we waited for our new door to be made and they when it came to install they did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterthemselves and frankly left our shower cleaner then it was and showed us products we could use to keep it that way. They also answered all of our questions about future remodels we have planned. I would not hesitate to recommend them."
