Bradley carpet cleaning is a family owned and operated company based in chandler, AZ. Our goal is to give the customer a better experience, and a better, cleaner, and healthier carpet. Our carpet cleaning is done by a truck mounted hot water extraction unit with the ability to clean at 230 degrees. Higher heat means cleaner carpets. Most germs perish at 100 degrees c or 212 degree f. A large number of truck mount carpet cleaners can only produce 170 degree f water. Bradley carpet cleaning also utilizes a tool called a rotovac on most jobs. (Berbers and commercial carpets are done with a wand). The rotovac does additional agitation which tremendously adds to our ability to clean deep ground in soil and traffic areas. When your house is being cleaned, you will always have the owner working for you. No scary subs will be in your home. We clean carpets, both residential and commercial. Tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. We have several packages available to fit your needs and budget. We only use high quality products and neutralizing those products as part of our process. Many cleaners leave the carpet in a high PH state. When the carpets are left in a high PH state they will recoil quicker, than before they were cleaned. If you're carpets are so badly soiled that you're not sure they can be salvaged, give us a call and we can set up a demo in your home.

"Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very respectful and informative in regards to timing, pricing, and potential issues we might run into with are carpet stretching. In the end, there were no problems and the work looks fabulous. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone needing carpet stretching."

"The worst flooring company! Outrageously expensive. If there was an option for zero stars that's exactly what I'd give. Took advantage of a terrible situation. No compassion and took over 3 weeks for installation. Not sure how they are getting 5 stars. Low quality. Absolutely horrible. Had to replace the $13000 floors from this company less than 2 years later."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at Scottsdale Flooring America. I paid a premium for carpet with the understanding it was backed by a warranty, and I followed all care requirements, including professional cleaning every 18 months (with receipts to prove it). When the carpet started rippling within two years, I expected the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was told the warranty was void without proper investigation and immediately referred to pay out-of-pocket for repairs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the service was dismissive, and Todd the store owner showed little concern for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process. If you are considering purchasing from this location, I urge you to think twice and be aware they are not a BBB accredited business. They do not stand behind their products or their promises."

"Perhaps the most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced from a company. Brought our Persian rug to be repaired (tassels needed to be redone). The first thing when we dropped off the rug the owner and his son say "I wouldn't pay $80 for this piece of s***". We took it with a grain of salt because some people lack social intelligence and it's not worth arguing. The owner confirmed that the tassels will be redone and quoted us $620. Fast forward 2 weeks later with no updates, I called and asked if the rug was finished. Apparently it was. I picked up the rug and when I unwrapped it, the tassels had not been touched at all. I called in to which the son answered. I asked if they had possibly missed the tassels? He became extremely defensive saying I needed to bring the rug in and ask his Dad. I asked if I could just speak to him on the phone as I live 45 minutes away. Turns out his Dad is "in the middle of no where in Mexico". The son then said "You'll get your refund and never call back here again" and hung up the phone. I had my husband call because maybe I upset him? Turns out the son might have anger problems because again he said to my husband "I'll call you whenever I feel like it" and hung up again. Keep in mind this guy is probably in his late 30's. He shouldn't be in charge of customer service if he has issues. I've attached photos of their "work". They also keep their dog in the shop which jumps on top of and sleeps on all of their rugs for sale and the clients rugs."

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Queen Creek, AZ

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
