I sent out requests for a price estimate to multiple companies and David got back to me first. He was available same day for a free consultation. He was prompt, polite and professional. After assessing the damage done to my water heater, we talked over a few possibilities based on my finances. It appeared the whole thing would need to be replaced so he offered to search for gently used water heaters. David got back with me within a week and said that he had researched ways to repair the current damage and that it was worth trying. I told him to go for it because worst case scenario, we replace it as we originally planned. He was at my house the next day and successfully repaired the damage, saving me a ton of money not having to buy a new one. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"

They have installed exterior lighting, power vents on our roof, repaired/replaced exterior wood that was rotted, replaced damaged fascia and soffetts, and painted the exterior of our house. Barry's brother Bill installed a PlexiDor through-the-wall dog door; he and the rest of the crew appear to take pride in their work. They are all kind and respectful. I like and trust them all. "Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows.
