"Company was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and a consultation appointment was easily scheduled for a convenient time that was very soon. The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. (All appointments/approximate arrivals/on-the-way communications were emailed, clear and correct.) The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. A quote for the part and repair was given before they left my home. The oven is 15 years old and the lead technician assured me, correctly, that it was much more expensive to replace than to repair. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again!
