Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

"This was not an easy project as it turned out. It was for half the roof but as it turned out the thing was done. Once the roof was uncovered we found joists that were rotted and required replacement. When checking the other side there was no water and ice barrier at all and had a small rotted place so the whole roof was done. When repairing the roof, either a rotted timber or a human foot came through the ceiling inside. This we had repaired for $750.00 yesterday. Steve was very accommodating in repairing the roof and assisting us in other things. He put on GAF shingles but told us there was not a warranty lifetime nor have we received any paperwork from GAF. We previously had a house done with GAF and received all the necessary paperwork outlining the warranty which was 50 yrs for that one. Just strange."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. They were able to fit me into schedule and complete the work on Sunday. This was very helpful as solar company is installing a new roof on Thursday and they don't do chimney rebuilds or repointing.
