"Mark is FANTASTIC!  We hired him first to remodel our master bath.  He relocated our shower and enlarged it. (fixing some water damage that he found in the process) He installed new tile floors in the bathroom and master closet.  He installed our new vanity and behind it, did a custom tile wall that I had decided on at the last minute! He installed all finishes, like sconces and the chandelier. He brought in some wonderful subcontractors for painting, electrical and plumbing.  <br>We were so thrilled with the job, that we hired him to fix our guest bathroom which a previous contractor had absolutely botched. It was a huge job to repair the mistakes, but in the end, we were once again totally pleased with the workmanship, the price and the detail that Mark Bracci brings to his work. <br>Mark also removed our carpeting in the master bedroom and living room, and the engineered hardwood in our kitchen and replaced it with hardwoods.   <br>All the projects turned out exactly as I had envisioned them, and were done within the schedule that was originally predicted. "I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Owens and his team. They did a fantastic job. The area in the ceiling that was patched is invisible, you would never know there had been a large hole (3'x3') there. The painting was excellent and fastidious. They cleaned up and moved all furniture back to the proper place. They were very prompt and communication was excellent. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Work was begun on time and moved right along with the tub demolition which was no small task in very tight quarters. The original octagonal tile floor was in good enough shape, although cracked, to install the new tiles on top, saving yet more demolition but everything else had to go. The bathroom had never had an outlet so they were able to add that along with the new electrical fixture. <br />The only slight wrinkle was the fact that somehow a hickory nut fell into the tub drain and was very difficult to remove. We still have no idea how it got there but if that is the only issue in an old house remodel you're in really good shape! <br />The end product was very much what I had hoped for; meticulous tile work on shower and floor, rimless shower doors, wainscoting on the walls....reminded me of a posh European hotel. Well, a small one anyway."

"Columbia Electric referred Finishing Touch to me. The electrician accidentally slipped on a joist in the attic and put his knee through the ceiling on a Monday. It was not until the following Wednesday Finishing Touch was able to get a gentleman out to make the repair. Once I was on the schedule, he was right on time (both times). Although he patched it, he did not patch it far enough and a hairline crack still runs in the ceiling (see picture). I also had to request he mud over the whole patch as it left a dip when a straight edge was placed next to it. The one gentleman said that you usually have dips in patches. Frankly, you don't when you know what you are doing. While he was here I arranged with the owner, Russ, to do some sanding and mudding on the walls, which I had already begun (I wanted to save myself some time on the bathroom renovation). I had to request his return because he failed to sand some areas and never mudded others that he had sanded. He did not dispose of the waste from the patch repair, but laid the broken pieces of drywall on the carpeted floor at the top of the steps in a pile (about a buckets worth). Granted, there were some unused parts of drywall sheets, but I found this unprofessional. He used a drop cloth, but after sanding he also failed to vacuum/sweep the dust from sanding and left it for me to clean. Overall, I feel I was an inconvenience for Finishing Touch and they were forced into this job due to their relationship with my electrician, and the effort to get me out of the way greatly impacted the quality of their work. In fact, the second time they were here I was not aware they had left (I was on the back porch). I heard their vehicles start and they were gone."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."
