We called Kobella and the scheduler promptly got back to me and told me that Jeremy would be out shortly and that he would call when he was on his way. He did, and he was on time. He quoted us a fair price for the repair before he started doing the work and we proceeded. He replaced some cracked piping and a valve in a very short amount of time (45 min) and was on his way. He told us if we were not successful in finding a contractor for the project to reach out again after a few months. "Quick service, answered all questions.  They arrived on time and did a great job.  We had just moved into the house and the tub/shower in the guest bath looked "tired" and had some dings in it.  They repaired and refinished it.  The price was exactly as quoted.  The time of arrival and the time to completion were exactly as stated.  Left no mess - very neat.  There was a slight "chemical" smell after they left but it quickly dissapated.  And, most importantly, the tub/shower/surround look brand new!  Would recommend to others.
