"The quality workmanship of the crew was evident from day one. However, customer service by the project management was something else. Our project was nearly completed... only 2 small finishing tasks to go. Both tasks could have been completed in 2 hours or less. A month and a half later they were finally done! Luckily, I stayed on top of them with constant texts, emails, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the office.
