Accepted quote and Pedro had his crew at our house the next day. Replacing approximately 1500 square feet of flooring with LVP. The crew was amazing- worked all day and returned the next day and completed the job before 1200- all new flooring in a day and 1/2. Top notch work quality of work unmatched. "We hired Palm Flooring to install Costco’s Arowana waterproof vinyl plank. At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring. It absolutely made the house looks upscale. We would definitely hire Palm Flooring again for other future projects."

"After interviewing 4 reputable Flooring companies, I was immediately certain that Traci and Collin were the best choice for our particular needs. A 16 year- old heart pine floor downstairs had already been refinished upon our move-in 7 years ago. However a kitchen remodel exposed significant areas of never-refinished wood which could not be matched to existing floors. The only option was a 2nd go-round---with attention to preserving the floor's integrity. The team at CMH custom-mixed a beautiful, modern "Cypress" stain; about 6 floorboards were fully replaced. Traci procured a small bundle (+$800) so that in our finished result the new h.p. boards blended seamlessly. Though the golden and reddish brown hues of heart pine felt appealing in a previous home, this stain created a clean look that modernized and brightened the entire first floor of our home! CMH returned a couple months later to match up floor treads on a 2-story stairway. A major reason for 5 stars: Showing up when dates are set, returning to tweak grooves that needed a filler, and overall cost--which was mid-range among the 4 I obtained. They were very friendly and had wonderful customer service and worked with me to figure out the best fix for my project! "Ours was actually a powder room remodel, of sorts. We had a water leak that had caused us to need to replace the floor, including 3 joist under the house. There was also some work to damaged Sheetrock on the bottom of the wall all the way around the room and the toilet flange. Preston and Allen were out on day one and got the work under the house completed and by the time they left for the day they had the floor in. Allen was back on day 2 and completed all of the work: dry wall, base boards, toilet flange, installed new VCP flooring, etc. Both of these guys were very professional. They came in, communicated what needed to be communicated, got to work, kept their work areas clean and in good shape, were always available and open to questions and gave great advice. Very well satisfied with their work and will use Cransten again when the need arises."
