I am a small licensed home improvement contractor that is licensed in Delaware and Maryland. I mostly work by myself or on rare occasions with one helper. I perform a mix of large and small jobs and always provide a written estimate. Most estimates are free with the exception of Insurance work in which is fee based and is deducted from the signed proposal.
