"I contracted Level Home Services through Costco for a full A/C and furnace replacement and have been satisfied with their service at every point so far. The initial inspection to get a quote was extremely thorough and informative, and they gave me several options at different price points, all of which beat the other vendors I was looking at. When it was time to actually complete the work, the technicians were prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous. After 2 full days of work, they walked me through everything they did in detail and answered all my questions. By the time they left, the only sign anyone had been here was the shiny new equipment in my basement and yard -- no mess/dirt anywhere (except my own). "Had an emergency clog that flooded basement bathroom. Perry came over and we thought he was awesome. He seemed very kind & was happy to help. Got rid of the clog and even fixed our garbage disposal. Forked out a little over $380 but didn’t care because I was relieved things were fixed. Unfortunately Perry didn’t connect the hose back up to our washing machine so when we ran it, our basement flooded even worse. Contacted Perry to see if he had anything to at least help suck the water up and asked if PlumbCrazy covered this sort of thing. He replied and he said “For all I know you moved to clean and left it off.” I promise you we didn’t move anything yet. It definitely wasn’t intentional that it was left off. However, I am very frustrated that something like this can happen and he doesn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Our carpet, my speakers and a few other items were soaked from this incident and now I’m over here wishing I didn’t choose to do business with this company. I hope in the future Perry double checks that he hooked everything back up so no one is left on the situation we are."

"Sobieski did the HVAC/ insulation on my new construction home in 2021. Every summer, there have been condensation issues in the basement bathroom. Multiple technicians have been out and "fixed the issue," but it is still occurring. The last technician quite literally said he watched a YouTube video about exhaust fans while installing a new exhaust fan for us. The company as a whole is incompetent, hard to communicate with, and takes no accountability for their wrongdoings. Absolutely steer clear of them if you want your work done correctly and do not want to waste your money."
