"Tony and his team at OK Fence Company Inc did a great job. About 2 months prior to the job they came and gave an estimate. Their estimate was the most cost effective and I felt the most comfortable with Tony to do the job. Prior to the job start Tony gave me a heads up for when his team would be at my home. They took out my old wood fence and then installed the new vinyl fence (about 200 linear feet) with 3 gates in my yard. The new fence looks great, and my family is very happy with the new fence."

"There was more construction work that needed to be done before painting than originally thought.  The contractor worked his way around the house making the necessary repairs, starting in the front and ending in the back yard.  This way the painters could start on the front of the house.  All construction work was top-notch and definitelyy should have been done years ago.  The extent of the repairs was a little more than what was included in the original estimate, and resulted in a $400 up-charge, but once we saw the finished product, it was well worth the extra money.  There is something to be said for peace of mind.  The house has never looked this good."

"Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"He was very polite. He explained why he could not properly close in my replacement window. I emailed photos of the jobs to be done 4 or 5 days later and never received a response by phone or email but he did show up at the scheduled time and looked over the jobs I had for him. All were done in the time frame he estimated except for a carport roof repair which was more evolved than a quick fix. However he did check it out and gave me the list of supplies he would need and the cost to do it. I still have to have my window finished and feel if I was told before hand I could have had the materials on hand. He did explain he did the best he could with what he had to work with. It is much better than it was as it was pretty bad but I do need to have it totally weatherized. He did not take breaks and filled up the 4 hours that I paid for. The original planned day he showed up at the scheduled time after I sent an email the night before assuming he was not coming since he never responded to mail job list with photos. He assessed the jobs at that time and rescheduled for the following Friday. He called that day letting me know he was running 30 min late which was fine with me. I appreciated the call.

"Believe he is a good contractor, but just a little too pricy for me since I only had $7000 from the Ins. Co. to make the necessary repairs. Note bene: He like many of the other contractors I contacted priced jobs exceptionally high since I believe the summer months was when they acquired the most jobs and they wanted to make up for the lack of jobs available to them during the Winter months. My home is my vacation home in RI state,.
