He was very engaged, enthusiastic, and knowledgable.  The day before the scheduled work was to occur, they emailed me to confirm my appointment, and when I didn't respond within a few hours, they followed up with a phone call to confirm- which I really appreciated.
In the end they did a basic energy seal basement upgrade (spray foam along floor joists).  They also did a blower-door test before and after (to show you the difference immediately) and installed a CO2 detector.  The crew that came to do the work was very clean and friendly.  While they were performing the work, Gordon called me to confirm how the work was progressing. As someone who is routinely frustrated with the lack of communication by contractors, I was shocked that he called WHILE the job was in progress- and also that he seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with the service.
