When I pulled it out I was surprised we had not had an electrical fire; the prior installation did not shield the wiring and, in fact, exposed the insulation to abrasion plus it had direct contact between aluminum and copper wires On short notice I made a service appointment for which Brian was on time. He un-did then re-did the wiring (240V 40 amp circuit) quickly and in accordance with code. Afterward I checked and rechecked my own work; at the same time I found no issues with Brianâ s work.
