"Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time.
