"I hired Charlotte Roofing Specialist to do a roof replacement at my house. The experience was excellent. Both Mike and Holly had great communication skills throughout the install. The crew that performed the roof replacement was very thorough and did a great job cleaning up each day. Overall, it was a 2 day process to complete the roof replacement. ". Power washing (with mildew killer) was performed the day before painting. He did a good job communicating with me about a problem with his power washer.  Fortunately, he was able to fix it and at his request come earlier to power wash the left side of the garage/shed and the fence. The next day painting was scheduled to start at 8:30am. At approx. 9:15am, I called the owner to find out why the paint crew had not yet arrived. He said that due to the upcoming July 4th holiday, there were several customers pushing to get their work done before that date. I'm sure the 100 degree temperatures were probably slowing down the paint crews as well. He asked whether or not I could delay part of my work, but I had neighbors who had moved their cars and had pulled 2 dogs into the house so painters could spray paint my garage/shed from their backyard. The owner came to my house with a paint crew at 10:00am. His visit showed he cared to make things right for Angie's List customers. The paint crew leader and team was excellent -- best that I've experienced. The crew leader was bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills. And, he has high emotional intelligence with good leadership skills, and an attention to detail to ensure the paint job was done as specified in the work order. If I explained something, he understood and could translate in Spanish to his team. They applied primer and 2 coats of paint (3 different colors). I am very pleased with the quality of the work.
