"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"This company did an excellent job. House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better. I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house. I was given an appointment for the following week the same day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed. The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done. By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed. They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place. Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.

"Our area is accustomed to very slow response from businesses that provide home improvement services. Baker Home Solutions was QUICK. Not only did they respond within 24 hours, but they came out to measure and provided a quote all within a 48 time period. The team they sent to do the work was very friendly and very efficient. We are very pleased with their rapid response and workmanship and would not hesitate to contact them again."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Deck Helmet and its owner, Jason, on rebuilding both my second-level deck and lower-level deck. Despite the challenge of working around an existing pergola, they did an amazing job, managing to rebuild the deck without dismantling the pergola. For this reason, Jason sent his go-to crew, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My wife and I are very picky and detail-oriented, and Oscar, who led the crew, was always one step ahead with all the answers to our questions. The Trex decking looks incredible, and the price quoted was well worth it. Once we decided to go with Deck Helmet, Jason sent a cleaning prep person the next day. The job was completed on time, and everything was left spotless. I am thrilled that I trusted Jason and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent job cleaning house siding, front porch, sidewalk, driveway, basement steps, gutters, and windows in/out, including screens. Santos and teammate arrived timely, were friendly and courteous, and worked efficiently around the house to complete this job. They performed quality work on all portions of this large project.
