They warned me that they could not guarantee the reuse of the boards until the stairs were demolished and I appreciated the care they took removing the boards. Felt that I was given an accurate assessment of the extent of the job and they completed it in excellent time."

"I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! "A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

His work actually transformed the bathroom. During this time of COVID he was careful to keep his distance and always wore a mask. He was neat and used his time wisely. The owner, Mr. Davis, did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was straight forward with his responses. I was very satisfied with the experience."
