The subcontractors were also good for the most part. The plumber and HVAC people were competent and completed their work in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. The cabinet maker was excellent. He built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets to my design and measurements and installed them for less than half what Lowes had quoted for similar cabinets and they look great.

The electrical contractor, Kennedy Electric did good work but the price was twice what I had expected and took months longer than it should have.

I would not hesitate to recommend SLW for any size construction or remodeling job. I will be contacting them again later in the summer for some work on the exterior of the house.

"I phoned Kyle and he answered from another job site. I explained my problem and he scheduled a meeting for the next afternoon. He arrived on time, examined the whole roof and identified the problem. In addition he explained that since all of the vent boots/seals were the same age, he recommended replacing them all to avoid further problems.
