"He did the most through look at it. He dug down to make sure I had footings under the post and to make sure that no other posts in that area were rotting. He got a special product to put on posts that are put in the ground so they will not rot, and he had the guys channel around my other posts to put the product on as well so they wouldn't rot in the future. He will explain everything to you. I feel that we are safe from having any further needs of this nature for the next 15 years or so."

"Greg Bassett and his team have my highest recommendation. Pre-construction, he provided excellent guidance and was prompt in getting quotes and information to us. During construction he kept the site clean, consulted with us on all matters, and finished precisely on time. Our job included removing a wall, completely gutting the kitchen and reconstructing--including replacing flooring, cabinets, countertops & appliances, replacing a window, re-routing plumbing, rewiring and installing new lighting, door replacement, and painting. The work was of the highest quality and we could not be happier with the result. We appreciate that Greg was on site constantly and went above and beyond what we expected. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit.
