"One of the best contractors that we have worked with in our 13 years in this area! Our deck took 2-3 days to complete, the workers were on time, cleaned up after and non invasive (I work from home). We LOVED the outcome. We are hoping to have them do a remodel of the front porch before the Summer is out! We plan on using them for all our remodeling needs. Beautiful couple who work like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend their services for any project you may have. - Yvette & Chris Fowler"

"Josh paid close attention to the details of 5 different maintenance repairs that we needed. Gave us prompt quotes and within a short time he and his experienced team got everything completed on time. Quality of work and service was excellent and price was fair and affordable."

"Brilliant job! David Lambert working with Walter Miranda’s crew did a superlative job. Walter figured a way to use less Trex on my deck and so $4000 was removed from my bill. Great communication with David Lambert on costed and job specifications. We got exactly what we wanted in a short amount of time. Tremendous work ethic from the crew. We are quite pleased. We want to reno the basement to a mother in law apartment and we will be contacting David for that in the near future."

"Troy did an amazing job, we hired him to do some basement remodeling. All work went smooth in every aspect. He showed great detail to his work. I would absolutely recommend Troy to anyone looking for a contractor."

"Sean Wright was always professional, prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I was not sure of some things I wanted to do and Sean made suggestions of various options I had not thought of, then talked through the pros and cons of each idea until I came up with a decision of what would work best for me and what I wanted to accomplish. This was invaluable in helping me manage the costs. The work he and his team did was excellent quality and they cleaned up every day before they left, and made it as easy as possible for me to live in the house while it was being renovated/remodeled.

The subcontractors were also good for the most part. The plumber and HVAC people were competent and completed their work in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. The cabinet maker was excellent. He built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets to my design and measurements and installed them for less than half what Lowes had quoted for similar cabinets and they look great.

The electrical contractor, Kennedy Electric did good work but the price was twice what I had expected and took months longer than it should have.

I would not hesitate to recommend SLW for any size construction or remodeling job. I will be contacting them again later in the summer for some work on the exterior of the house.

"Jake is professional, knowledgable, and super efficient. He did a good, clean, fast job. We had planned on getting only the ceiling fans installed, but because he finished early, we were also able to get a light switch repaired which was great. We intend using their services for any future electrical work in our home."

"The entire process was smooth and easy from visiting the showroom and picking out the granite to scheduling the measurements and installation. The install crew was on time took care of everything came in contact with and showed my home the respect they would have shown to there own home"

"I hired Luis Dorta, the owner of LED Construction. We decided to work with him because he is the owner and he is the one who does the work. He works with you on your idea, he sketches it out, and then double/triple checks to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project. He build some cabinets, shelves, reorganized all our closets with additional rods and built-in shelving, as well as other small jobs. We have used Luis on a number of projects around our house."
