"Global Basement installed a sump pump, french drain and wall wrap system in my leaky cobble stone foundation basement. Later on I also had them install a rear sliding door at my residence. It was a pleasure to deal with them on both occasions. They always returned my calls promptly (within 24 Hours). They arrived to the job site on time on the day that they said they would (can't say that for most contractors). Best of all they left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. Robert was upfront about any complications they ran into and layed out my options before making any final decisions. I was very satisfied with both the waterproofing and the install of the door. No leaks at all since the system was installed about 1 year ago. I recommend using this company and plan on having them do some more work for me when the time is right.
