"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. "He did a wonderful job, he stretches the carpet very well, he uses a machine to stretch the carpet which other just kicks the carpet in. He also did ceramic tile flooring for me and he did a very good job on that as well."

From the first meeting with Jane we knew we would want to hire her team for our bathroom remodel.

Jane arrived for the first appointment to take some measurements and get a feel for what our goals were for the bathroom. We described what features we wanted in the remodeled bathroom (bubble tub, heated floor, possible heated towel rack ...). She took lots of notes and talked about fixtures, tile, and countertops. Jane was very easy to work with. She created an estimate based on our first meeting that was within our budget with a clear breakdown and very easy to understand.

At the second meeting we were joined by Brandon and their team of contractors who would be doing the actual work. They took their time listening to what we wanted to accomplish and we all discussed the best approach to get the job done. We could move the toilet from the existing wall to an adjacent wall. The cost of moving the plumbing would be minimal and by turning the direction of the toilet it allowed us to purchase a wider tub. They also suggested repositioning the sink on our vanity. SInce our cabinates are two pieces, Brandon suggestion to move the sink from its current off-center position to a center position made the counter setup much more pleasing to the eye. With these added suggestions, Jane revised the estimate and gave us a new breakdown that was very clear and still worked within our budget.

Jane was extremely helpful picking out the material for the project. She met us at both the tile store and the counter distributer and guided us with great suggestions as to what would look great.

The highest complement I can give to Brandon, Jane and their entire team was they treated our house as if it were their own. They cleaned up every day so we could still walk comfortably around our room safely. It was a joy to work with this team and cannot wait to hire them again in the future.

Rodolfo always returns my calls, shows up on time and completes a project on time or early. Every time I have used Rodolfo's services he has gone above and beyond for me. Rodolfo is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable around him and his employees. In our most recent project he drywalled three rooms which included all the walls and ceilings. Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color. "Their designer helped to set out a plan, including 3D diagrams.  This was extremely helpful.  Demolition happened in 1 1/2 days and the crew was able to remove the existing vanities & mirrors without damage so they could be reused.  That was important to us.  All the crew were extremely friendly, professional and skilled.  The plasterer did a terrific job, and fast.  The tile work took longer than expected but was very well done.  The only negative here was that the old floor did not hold up as well during the construction as I had hoped.   The contractor took time to try and improve the condition of the floor and has agreed to give it a second shot.  We do appreciate this  Perhaps if it was covered during demo the wear and tear could have been minimized.
For the most part crew showed up when expected.  Some were better at that than others.  We trusted the crew to be considerate of our home, as they always were, so we did not mind leaving them here without us if necessary.
 When a problem occurred, such as a wrong part, it was handled well.  We made some minor changes during the course of the work and the crew was very accommodating.  
We were able to use the bathroom as scheduled but the glass is not in yet.  A few small touch-ups remain but I am confident it will be handled well.
