"Chris did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom. It was an old, small bathroom last remodeled in the late 1970's and in much need of updating and repair. He first gutted the old bathroom down to the studs, removed an old shower stall, removed the toilet, vanity, and mirror, and floor tiles. He re-built the room in a just two weeks, from start to finish. Chris went shopping with me to several local stores and helped me pick out paint colors, the vanity, the new floor tiles, and more. His taste is excellent. He recreated the shower by installing beautiful white tiles with a nice colored strip horizontally across the middle. The result was a very high end, clean, stylish look - the nicest bathroom I had seen, similar to the type you'd see in 5 star hotels. Throughout the whole process, he was great at communicating and quick at responding to our questions. He and his associates were true professionals - very friendly and committed to doing a great job. And the project was stress-free on our end. His work exceeded our expectations and we are impressed and pleased with the end result. "We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"Rich was great. He responded promptly to my inquiry, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I was nervous about starting and the schedule, but once we agreed he went right at it. He said it would take 3 to 5 weeks and he finished in 4. I was impressed by the hard work Rich put into this. For the radiant heat, he sought out a company representative, who met us in my home to discussed what the installation would entail. Rich and his crew then followed the company's instructions to the letter, and now I have nice warm floors (the house is on a slab). The new floors look beautiful, and the doors as well. I included a picture of the insulation that Rich's crew installed in the walls. They are as careful with what you won't see, as they are with what you do see."

"This company was responsive and professional from start to finish. Carlos promptly replied to my initial inquiry for an estimate and arrived on schedule. He walked the perimeter with me and explained his recommended approach. The estimate was in line with two others I'd received, and I felt it was more comprehensive (e.g., he would apply two coats of paint instead of one, and he would replace a small section of damaged, moldy siding rather than bleaching and repainting it). I had asked about replacing all of the trim with Azek, and Carlos advised against this since the upper trim was in good shape and was not cost effective to replace; I appreciated his honesty. He provided several local references who were pleased with the work they'd had done. The entire crew was very professional, arrived promptly each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. He kept me informed throughout the process. They did a terrific job--the house looks brand new! I realized a week later that a couple items had been overlooked (side door primed but not painted, bulkhead not painted), and he made sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely hire Real Painting again for future work!"
