His attention to detail was very high, and made the granite slab fit perfectly under the existing last stair step! The short walkway from the deck stairs to under the deck was built very well and beautifully. They dug out a bit under our deck and created a retaining wall to flatten it out under there; and spread A LOT of 3/4" crushed stone for us."
