Some of the prep was completed prior by another contractor 3 years before. John quickly assessed the drainage issues perfectly. We are situated on a hill and we have not had a significant puddle in our driveway yet. He widened our driveway quite a bit and raised the end of our driveway to prevent the waterfall we had before. The first time Carlos came to our house, he quickly and confidently came up with a comprehensive plan installing new drainage to carry the water away from the house and installing new patios and retaining walls. The project definitely evolved over a few months and my wife and I decided to also redo a walkway, permanently remove another walkway and add accent lighting.
