"I had them replace two interior pre hung doors. The doors weren't that expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. They broke some of the trim on the inside of the door. I noticed he caulked some of it so it wouldn't show. As I was filling in places getting ready to paint the doors I notices another place that is viewable. I hope the paint will more or less cover it up. They also broke the trim on my staircase attempting to saw it to make it wider for the trim on the door to fit. He replaced it with a piece of trim he cut from the floor trim which doesn't match. Not to happy about that. The sheetrock work they did was satisfactory. I did ask him to fix an area and he said he didn't have the materials to do so. Probably my fault. It was an after thought after we met on the initial visit. I know things happen when you start making updates or repairs to existing home features, but one should be prepared to fix what one messes up so it looks the same."
