He looked over my system told me what the problem was and then how much. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, He mentioned that my system is old 2006 and could need replacing. I mentioned I might be selling the house, he mentioned then don’t do it, a new system doesn’t really add to the value. He could have been like oh yeah it will. I am moving to Oklahoma from Evansville Indiana where I've spent 28 years in the construction industry. I do not have employees. This to keep costs down and provide great service and product. In Evansville I am licensed home builder, bonded and insured. In Oklahoma I will be bonded and insured and will get my residential and commercial builders license as soon as Oklahoma adopts that policy. I use sub-contractors to perform work outside of my expertise. (Plumber, electrician, HVAC) I do jobs on a bid basis. 50% when I start and 50% on completion.
