The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job. "I originally hired Daniel to perform a first floor kitchen remodel which included opening up the first floor with a more open concept floor plan. And adding a kitchen island. The project went smoothly and I was so taken by the final look that I had him come back to update three bathrooms, as well as, a complete remodel the basement. The house now has a more contemporary/ modern appearance and I receive compliments often. His price points for the individual projects were fair. I found him to be not as pricey as some and a bit higher than others. The workmen were polite, cleaned up daily before leaving and very repectful of my wishes. If I had to list a con it would be that one or two of the projects were not completed on schedule. Each being off by about a week. Overall, I would hire him again and have referred him to several friends and family members."
