One caused by a water leak in a difficult area and a area in a bedroom ceiling about 3x5 feet . The ad was replied to in the time it said in the ad. They said they would be there the next morning at 9 o,clock window time . They were here and completed the work . They worked fast and clean and in a professional manner. They put a smooth finish on the areas and will not take much more prep to paint with a flat and a finish. The two professionals, Philip and Miguel did great work and would call them again. "Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."

"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.
