They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area. "

"I don't think it gets any better than this. The job was in a condo with a lot of rules that Chesapeake Kitchens scrupulously followed. The workmanship was excellent, and the quality of the materials used was very high. I was a first-time remodeler, and I needed lots of guidance about what would work and what wouldn't. "Jerry was friendly, efficient, straight-talking, and didn't try to upsell us. We didn't need (or want) a lot of design input and had a strong sense for the types of tile and fixtures we wanted. Many of the other contractors who came to give quotes pushed design services or strongly encouraged us to purchase low-quality tile/fixtures through their suppliers, but this wasn't the case with S & J. Elias was fantastic--he helped confirm our tiles and fixtures were appropriate before we finalized our purchases, and we appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process."

The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . "It is my pleasure to review DMV kitchen and bath. They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way.
