Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!!"
