Didn't talk down to us or dismiss concerns or ideas. Construction is sound, materials are good, and the deck is beautiful. Cons: A few minor things didn't quite finish as well as hoped. However, these can be taken care of on our end. They we're willing to talk about them. They replaced a difficult deck at a reasonable price. Every step was professional."
