Their pricing easily beats other bids and they were available within a couple of weeks instead of waiting months like all the others. Jake was my installer both times and heâ s top notch. Leif (509-655-0069) does the bid estimates, and he beats out everyone else with a very hands-on and engaging, friendly demeanor. Pronounce his name â Lifeâ ! Dan (509-747-1110) is always friendly & available when I have called and he follows through personally. They have exceeded our expectations!"

"The simple fact is that most homeowners don't really know how a roof is properly installed, and generally base their reviews on whether the person was friendly and responsive, and whether the contractor did a good job on cleanup. While those things are important, the most important thing is whether the job was done right, and for a fair price. I am an engineer, and have decades of experience in various types of construction projects, and have also re-roofed a few houses myself (when I was much younger). I ended up getting five bids for my re-roof project, and a few of the bids were way too high, one was way too low, and one was close to what the cost should have been, but was over an hour late to give the bid, and made a poor excuse for being late. Stay Dry Solutions was the last bid I received, and after talking with the owner, Luigi, for an hour or so, I could tell that he was both knowledgeable, and the type of person who wanted to do the best job possible. We scheduled the work for the next month, and he kept that scheduled start day. I know the crew working on the roof did an excellent job on the installation, as I was onsite for the duration, and on the roof at various times, monitoring the project. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family that might need roofing work completed."
