"From start to finish, Jeff Bowen and his employees at Bowen Contracting Inc. were top notch. They redefine what it means to be professional, hard working, and genuine. We received Jeff's name/number from a family member who had Bowen Contracting put in a new deck at his house. After seeing how perfect his deck came out, we called Jeff Bowen the next morning. Jeff came out later that day to give us an estimate. My wife and I were sold almost immediately. Jeff answered ALL of our questions (and we had a lot) with an expertise and confidence that was reassuring and welcomed. He was patient and thorough in describing the entire process and timeline. He even offered assistance with some contracting knowledge on a DIY project I was working on in my house at the time. We told him what we had in mind, and he guided us in a direction that worked not only for us and our budget, but also what would look best with our house and yard space. He kept us in the loop through the entire process, answered all our emails/texts in a timely fashion, and never tried to keep anything hidden. If it was not for the many days of rain we had during the building stages, the deck would have been finished in under a week for sure. I was lucky enough to be home in the final two days of their work on the deck. It was a delight not only to meet and talk to his men, but also see them work. They are a genuine small town business with truly classy employees willing to share a word or two, helping you feel comfortable with the fact that they are treating your home like their own and better. They are a well-oiled machine for sure. The precise manner in which they work and the product they offer is second to none. Every cut is perfect. Every screw hole in perfect line and spacing from the next. And beyond that, the hour or more they spent cleaning the deck and the surrounding yard space before they left shows how much they care. They cleaned EVERY spindle top to bottom, mopped and hosed down the deck, and cleaned the grass of every screw, wood chip, etc. They really take GREAT PRIDE in what they do, and it shows in how they work, how they carry themselves, and how they interact with customers. We are truly grateful to have hired Bowen Contracting and have shared his card with ALL of our neighbors--one of whom has already hired him for their own deck. We would like to finish our basement in the near future, and Jeff Bowen and Bowen Contracting Inc. will surely be our first call. We are eternally grateful for their expertise, stress free contract/service, and unparalleled pride they have in what they do."

"NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

Michael came and inspected the job halfway through the project as he said he would. Miquel and his workers craftsmanship was impressive. They did a beautiful job. "I hired this company to replace an existing wooden deck with Trex. I was impressed with the owner of the company. I previously got quotes for the job and this company was substantially cheaper. I dealt with many contractors over the years as an attorney in the construction field and this was one of the best that I ever dealt with. Everything that I was told about the job was absolutely spot on from costs to time of completion. Also, the personal service by the contractor was unique. He was there every day that work was being done and would not accept anything but quality workmanship from his workers.
