(He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. I called late Friday afternoon. The person I spoke with said they'd get back to me after checking to make sure they had someone available Saturday. I got a timely call back and the appointment was set for 1:30 Saturday. Tom arrived on time and got right to work. He suggested attempting to repair the faucet could save time and money (I had previously replaced the faucet cartridge myself and that didn't help, so I assumed I'd have to get the faucet replaced). Tom disassembled the faucet, went to the store to obtain parts, came back, reassembled and tested the faucet (which now works just fine), all within an hour. I was very impressed, and also felt his bill was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.
