He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Called Jim a week ago or so, he had a crew out in a couple days to give me an estimate to add 3 downspouts to our house. Our builder is having financial issues and didn't finish the job. The crew was out a week or so later (had to order custom color and sized gutters) and completed the job in about an hour or so. They did a great job and would definitely use them again.
