Adam came out on a Saturday morning to meet and give a quote, he was early which was great. I told him what I had in mind after listening to my ideas and taking a few measurements he suggested that we rounded the corners and adding a sitting wall. About 2 weeks later Adam sent me a text saying that his crew would be at my house the following morning at 7am. Adam and his crew arrived promptly at 7am and immediately began work. The end product was simply amazing the workers were friendly, courteous and professional. "My home has a chimney that was unsafe to use (cracked masonry liner). I dreaded the time and cost of a tear down and replacement. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Also, this was my first time with "Angi", I hope to use their services again in the future."
