"The estimate for the work that was required was not good. I was under the impression more wood work/replacement was going to take place. They sealed and bonded some of the effected areas but replaced very little of the wood. So basically the house was pressure washed and I only asked for the front of the house trim to be painted. I honestly do no feel I received $1500 worth of work. My advice is to get a clear and concise estimate before work is started."

"One guy came in a Van; he had everything in it including generator and water. Very good guy and spent about 4 hours cleaning. Overall I would recommend them, it's convenient that the come to your place and overall a decent job. But if you want a very through detailed (where they take out seats etc); I think the traditional detailers (though expensive) are still way to go than mobile detailers."

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"More drama certainly than I'd hoped or intended with this transaction:
- Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received

They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future.
