"Remained in good contact with us from initial contact, through quote and hiring. Very flexible and accommodating, worked around our busy schedule, and amenable with completing the work while our house was being photographed. Very professional and customer service oriented. Repaired a burn and tear in Berber carpet, almost unnoticeable. Very good work."

"Vendor told me of one price without asking more questions about the work until they came the price was almost doubled. Did a good job but not happy about the price being doubled after they said it wont be. Did good work but need to tell the customers the price up front and not wait until the work is done to double it. I'm still a bit upset over it but just wanted my carpet fixed."

"Originally hired them to stretch carpet. While there, also hired them clean carpets. Price was in line with others for cleaning. They were prompt and courteous. I would hire them again without question."
