When we had an issue, Glenn personally created a solution that exceeded in delivery what the initial issue had presented as a potential problem. "Rob’s team installed a new composite deck for us in the spring of 2021 and we were very happy with those results. In the fall of 2022, a huge oak tree fell across our patio and the deck - fortunately, the deck structure survived with no issues but one of the composite boards was cracked and most of the vinyl railing was damaged. Rob responded quickly and had the damaged board and railing replaced, as well as the replacement of a section of our aluminum fencing, within 2 weeks of my first contact with him and for a fair price. "This young man showed up as promised and worked until completion. He appeared very organized and prepared because he never had to leave the jobsite for anything. He had all his tools and supplies necessary for my job. Too often I see contractors leave so they can run to the hardware store for supply shortages. Also, he was asked to build a wooden driveway gate spanning 10 feet. He built the gate and with no turnbuckles or other diagonal support system, the gates have not sagged after 3 years. Iâ m extremely pleased with his beautiful work product and would happily talk to or show any prospective client his work firsthand."

"We had had Powerhouse do some exterior painting for us last summer and they did an awesome job. Very conscientious, and thorough. We then talked to Brian about possibly replacing a couple of our windows—one in front and one at the back. We have an older home and like the stained interior, and even though wood windows aren’t recommended, we chose to do that since we didn’t want to replace ALL of the windows at one time. I did a lot of research and worked with Tommy Underwood, who again, did a very thorough job ordering the window and keeping me in the loop. He listened to what I had said, and ordered the window for us. Since the original windows are 30 years old, you can’t get ‘exactly’ the same kind, but they did a superb job of finding a very similar replacement window. The installation was fairly easy, but finding the closest stain color was not. It took a lot of trial and error, but they stuck with it and did an excellent job. We are so pleased because there will be more window replacement in our future and we’ve found a company. (Powerhouse) and a product that works well for us.
