Then they proceeded with the necessary steps to make sure the grout/mortar from the previous tile was removed to make sure my new flooring installation went very smoothly. I truly did not believe it would be done in less than a day, but Yate's crew made it all happen with ease. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We just had our office floors replaced by Artistic Floors. Best experience with a contractor EVER. Owner showed up on time for our meeting to get a quote.Materials came in on time. Staff showed up promptly the day of install. They finished in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They were courteous and clean throughout install and cleaned the entire front walk, driveway and path throughout house that they used to get to the room. There were parts of the install (pieces of baseboard) that couldn’t be finished because of a large built in we we were waiting on. As soon as I contacted owner to let him know we were ready, the team was there (on time) a few days later to complete . Awesome job and product and floors look great!"
