Get matched with top flat, foam or single ply roofing repairers in Chesapeake Beach, MD

"I would not hesitate to recommend - responsive, great communication, reasonable pricing. We had a disastrous roof flooding experience from a flat roofed dormer and needed it fixed quickly. As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"How do I put it into wordsâ ¦I made 1 single call and had the most professional experience! I was thrilled, the roof, price, from start to finish was excellent. The crew, workers, priceâ ¦MORE than thrilled with the experience. I couldnâ t believe how fast they installed my roof, and cleaned up the site"

"JDH did an excellent job on rebuilding my deck. They were very detailed and very efficient. I would definitely hire them for work in the future and recommend them to friends or family."

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."

"From estimate to completed roof replacement, the process was easy and fast. Mac the estimator was knowledgeable and cool, the admin folks were responsive, and the roofers did a great job. I’ve used Charm City Roofing a few times and they are dependable. Thank you!"

"This is a great roofing company: as someone who does construction I know quality and that is what Robert is all about. Knows the trade, worth every penny. Did a great job, on time, actually did some extras I did not expect. Fast and good, just what I needed. Would use again on next project. Stayed within estimate."

"I own a rowhouse in DC, and the roof finally failed in too many places to patch. Darren gave me a reasonable estimate, helped me research the various materials, and his crew did a great job. Everything went up in one day."

Working with William Mackay roofing was a great experience.  I knew from my home inspection that I needed to have a membrane sealed on my roof. I called three roofers before the winter and during early spring and every one of them was slow to get back to me, or just not very informative, would charge for the estimate, etc...

I called William Mackay based on the Angies List service reviews and I was not disappointed.  They contacted me immediately through the app.  They were available and they arrived on time.  They provided a free estimate, took photos of my roof, and shared them with me. They showed me exactly what needed to be done and they were straightforward - they did not try to sell services I didn't need.

When I inquired about scheduling, they had space on that day's schedule - they immediately called a worker in and got to work on my roof. The maintenance was completed in a few hours. They took photos of the completed work and emailed both "before" and "after" photos with an in-depth explanation  of the completed work.

Ben and Bill Mackay (sons of William) handled the job. Ben Mackay shared information on how to maintain my roof.  I'm a new homeowner and I bought a well-maintained house that is almost a century old. He shared info on the difference between newly constructed roofs and the materials used, and roofs like mine.  Bill managed the job.

I paid a fair price but more importantly, I know that I can call them and they will do a great job.  They also stand behind their work. Family owned businesses are important - they rely on word of mouth and repeat business.  Highly recommend.

"My husband contacted the insurance company for the claim and inspection. My husbands co-worker recommended EA Roofing and Siding. They had nothing but praise for EA Roofing and Siding.
We called and spoke with TJ with EA Roofing and Siding  and gave him the inspectors name and number. He coordinated with  inspector. The insurance claim was approved.  The work required three separate teams of expertise which was efficiently coordinated by TJ.

The roofing materials were ordered and delivered within the week of the insurance companies approval. TJ was experienced working with the insurance companies process and payment policy. The roofing workers were scheduled the next week. They showed up at 9 AM as scheduled and worked thru the day until almost 9 PM and the roof was completed. The removal of the old roof is very messy but the property was spotless when the crew left.
The next order was for the shutter replacement and siding repair. The workers showed up on time and work was completed and again property left neat.
The next order was for interior painting and again the crew showed up at time we were told and completed the work within the day and departed with the property clean.
We had never had to have this size of a project done before, so you are little apprehensive but working with TJ's professionalism, organizational and communication skills effected a professional, efficient and quality of workmanship. A job well done and to be proud of.
